Pups Path Is Part of the World’s Largest Pet Walk! As Many of you know, we have 1 Pet Partner Therapy Team that visits Veterans, Senior Citizens, & participates in the Read With Me Program.  We are currently working with a 2nd dog to prepare it for testing to (fingers crossed) also be able to pass the test of becoming a Per Partner Therapy Dog.   

The benefits are spoken of so many times by doctors and researchers but no one can speak of what the reaction of how a therapy pet entering an area that a person needs a “pick me up” better than a therapy dog handler can.  “Walking in, it was like a massive dark storm in the room until they saw the pup...all the sudden it was like the sun was out in the middle of the storm- all while the storm continued all around”....”that is why we do this-the pure love that fills the room from the dog to the person and from the person to the dog”
