Puppy Toy Boxes
General Information:
The toy boxes are hand-crafted with the finest of woods. Morris and tenon construction are used on all the boxes with the paw print made from dovetail. All are made-to-order and will have a 5 day lead time (5 days for order to be crafted prior to being shipped). Shipping via UPS and Fed Ex. Typically 7-10 days for delivery from order placement. We do our best to ship prior to the 5th day but believe quality is most important; thus, we hope our customers understand the possible 5 day lead time to provide each of you with only the best toy box we can offer!
Limited Warranty:
Our toy box product coverage is reflective of our commitment to our customers. Our warranty extends to the original owner, and is part of our commitment to our customer’s satisfaction.
Coverage
For the first year that you own your product, EZ Pet Care Solutions will replace any parts that are defective in materials or workmanship via the craftsman manufacturer including any structural defects (such as panels, hinges, screws, latch). We will not cover damage resulting from wear and tear that is not the result of defects in material or workmanship. Other damages not covered are damages resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage (such as scratches or stains) and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage caused by the improper usage of our products.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of Purchase is required to be eligible for warranty coverage. Additionally, this will serve as proof that your purchase was made through an authorized retailer.

In the event that a product is defective upon customer receipt, we require that the customer request a Return Authorization Number from Dynamic Accents and return the defective product to us at our expense. We will send the replacement product directly to the customer from our facility.
In the event that the product fails under normal usage in one year of the purchase date, we will honor this replacement in full.
We will require Proof of Purchase from the consumer.

Freight Damages
While we are confident that our packaging standards are adequate to protect our products under normal handling while in transit, we realize that freight damage can and will occur. We firmly believe that transportation companies need to be responsible for mishandling freight and will work with our customers to ensure that their freight claims with the carriers are resolved to their satisfaction
OBTAINING REPLACEMENT OR REPLACEMENT PARTS UNDER WARRANTY

Please include your name, address and contact information, a detailed description of the issue with the box, when the issue became evident, and any other information you can provide including documenting pictures and the purchasers name and date of purchase.
