Shipping policy

Most items are shipped within 48-72 hours. Items are shipped via USPS, UPS or FED EX.

Items damaged in the shipping process (up to the lesser of: a) your cost of the item or b) $100 will be replaced or refunded upon discretion of Pups Path.  If items shipped are covered by the shipping company, refunds will be determined by the shipping company’s insurance coverage and issued through the shipping company.  Pups Path, LLC, dba EZ Pet Care Solutions, will not refund or exchange any item damaged, lost or missing during shipping when shipping insurance is provided by shipping company used to deliver ordered items.  For replacement, you will need to email:  pupspathhelp@gmail.com with pictures of the damage and request for replacement.  Replacement is at sole discretion of management of Pups Path.  Any item damaged during shipment will not be replaced by Pups Path/EZ Pet Care Solutions.  You need to contact the shipping company to place a Claim with them Any damaged item being submitted for replacement or refund must be returned to Pups Path  within 7 days of original shipment to customer. Prior to returning item, customer must email a picture and statement of product damage caused during shipment to pupspathhelp@gmail.com for approval of replacement.  

Please Note:  All shipments are checked for damage and/or missing parts prior to being packaged and shipped.

Return shipping charges will be paid by the consumer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by EZ Pet Care Solutions.  Replacement shipment back to consumer will also be the responsibility of the consumer.
