Pups Path uses mostly UPS, FED EX, and USPS to ship its products. All products sold are located in the continental Untied States. Orders that are placed by 5 pm EST are typically shipped within 48 hours. Larger Items may take up to 72 hours to be packaged correctly and shipped. We strive to have your orders shipped sooner when possible.
Shipping Warranty
Most items have a warranty that covers Damage incurred during shipping is covered up to $100.00. Damages must be reported to Pups Path with 24 hours of delivery. Pictures of the damage to the packaging and the product, along with a full written statement as to the damage to both must also be submtted via email to: pupspathhelp@gmail.com with the subject inclusion of: Damaged Delivery. Replacement of your damaged product will be sent (or refund) once product is returned or at discretion of Pups Path.
Special Needs Shipping
Pups Path understands that not everyone has the same needs and accessibility. We will help you in any way we can at no additional cost (except those incurred by the shipping company).
