Pups Path uses two separate Fraud Alert Systems to ensure the safety of your transactions.   When a “Flag” is thrown, we may need to verify that the transaction was created and acted upon by the owner of the card/account used to pay for products ordered.

Pups Path wants your order to ship it out to you as quickly as possible & believes in protecting our customers and do our best to ensure all orders meet strict fraud protected standards.

When an order contains an item(a) that caused alerts we will need to validate the information before proceeding with your order.

This unfortunately means we can not ship your order out until we receive verification that order is truly to be charged and shipped to the Credit Card Holder.  We will need the following**  to be able to complete your order:

 

  1. A photo that contains :  A Selfie of You WITH your State Issued ID/License  — the picture must be clear enough for us to verify your identity on the license/ID with your picture.
  2. A copy of the credit card-front and back
  3.  Any current piece of mail with your name & the requested shipping address (yes-“junk mail” is fine)
